Why Learn to Meditate

WHY LEARN TO MEDITATE
Eventually, we can be able to keep happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.

The purpose of meditation is to form our mind calm and peaceful. If our mind is peaceful, we can be free from worries and mental discomfort, and so we are going to expertise true happiness; however if our mind isn't peaceful, we can notice it terribly tough to be happy, even if we live within the best conditions. If we train in meditation, a lot of peaceful will become bit by bit in our mind and purer sort and we can expertise a purer  of happiness. Eventually, even in the most difficult circumstances, we can be able to keep happy all the time.



Usually we tend to notice it tough to regulate our mind. It seems as if our mind is like a balloon within the wind – blown here and there by external circumstances. If our mind is happy every things go well, but immediately becomes  sand if they go badly. For example, if we tend to get what we need, such as a brand new possession or a brand new partner, we become excited and cling to them tightly. However, since we tend to cannot have everything we need, and since we tend to can inevitably be separated from the chums and possessions we presently relish, this mental stickiness, or attachment, serves only to cause America pain. On the other hand, if we do not get what we would like, or if we tend to lose one thing that we like, we become heartsick or irritated. For example, if we tend to ar forced to work with a colleague whom we dislike, we can most likely become irritated and feel aggrieved, with the result that we can be unable to figure with him or her with efficiency and our time at work can become nerve-racking and profitless.
