Meditation
Meditation is at the heart of the Buddhist way of life. It is basically a way for understanding and dealing on our own mind. We initial learn to establish our totally different negative mental states called ‘delusions’, and learn how to develop peaceful and positive mental states or ‘virtuous minds’.
Then in meditation we overcome our delusions by turning into acquainted with virtuous minds. Out of meditation we attempt to maintain the virtuous minds we've got developed and use our knowledge to unravel the issues of standard of living. As our mind becomes a lot of positive our actions become more constructive, and our experience of life becomes a lot of satisfying and helpful to others.
Having attained enlightenment we tend to shall have all the necessary qualities – universal love and compassion, omniscient knowledge and unbounded non secular power – to lead all living beings to identical exalted state. This is the final word aim of Mahayana.
